Pumpkin Hunting Weekend!

October 7, 2013

Ok, first things first…  This past Saturday, I got to have a wonderful coffee blate with Jenna from Lovely Life!  You guys, this girl is adorable, amazing, and all around awesome!!!  It was a blast getting to chat with her in person.  We clicked right away and it honestly seemed like we had been long-time friends.  Isn’t the blogging world amazing!?!?  Oh, and by the way, she just happened to be in Portland because she ran the Portland Marathon!  Yeah, she’s superwoman! 100_3185 After my blate, Nate and I had plans for a double date to the pumpkin patch!  Remember the awesome surprise pumpkin hunting date Nate took me on last year?  Well, we went to the same farm again this year and once again it was an amazing time! Pumpkin Hunting 1Pumpkin Hunting 2Pumpkin Hunting 3Pumpkin Hunting 4 I can’t believe I didn’t get any pictures of us actually getting our pumpkins!  We were only able to be there for around two hours this year because Chloe had to be back in Portland for work.  It was a beautiful day, we got to do all sorts of fun things, and I got a wonderful pumpkin.  I’d say it was a successful pumpkin hunting trip!

Looks like you had a great weekend! Picking out pumpkins is so much fun. I really want a baby-sized pumpkin for my dorm room but I can't seem to find any around town.

What you got to shoot the pumpkin chucker or whatever it is called! haha I can't wait to meet some bloggy friends in real life. I actually ran into one at a gas station one time, and I had just started reading her blog so it was kind of awkward and weird. haha
