It's Hunting Season – Pumpkin Hunting, That Is!

One of my favorite things about fall is pumpkin hunting!  I love finding a farm that has a cool festival and enjoying being outside with my best people. Of course, nothing can compete with the pumpkin patch we went to near Portland {here and here} with its pumpkin cannons, tank rides, and so much more but I wanted to try to find someplace that could be a close second.  I googled “Pumpkin Cannon” and found a farm that supposedly had one in Olympia.  Off we went. No, this place didn’t compare to our old farm but it still was so much fun!  We shot off a mini pumpkin cannon, rode in the cow train, explored a corn maze (the first real maze I’ve ever been in), and didn’t pick out a pumpkin because the line to purchase them was too long.  😉 All in all it was a great day and I was so thankful to have the opportunity to enjoy the time with my two favorite guys.
