Playing It Up at the Olympia Children’s Museum

Looking for something to do with your toddler? Maybe look out to see if there are any Children's Museums in your area!

Do you ever have a day where you just drive and figure out what you’re going to do after you’re on the road?  The other day we decided to do just that.  It was a typical rainy spring day here in the PNW but we didn’t want to just sit at home watching TV for the day.  Nate and I loaded our little man in the car and decided to drive to Olympia, not sure what we were going to do.  As we headed into the city I saw the sign for the Olympia Children’s museum and we knew what we were going to do for the day!

Oh my goodness, you guys, the Olympia Children’s Museum is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!  Not only was there a super fun toddler room but quite a few of the other areas were age appropriate for Caleb as well.  This place was HUGE and every section was packed with play areas, learning areas, and fun!

We wandered around for a few hours until it was nap time and only skimmed the surface of what the Children’s Museum had to offer.  You better believe that we decided right then and there that we were going to be getting a year long membership and we’ll be logging MANY hours at this wonderful location!

I think it’s time you do it for yourself…  Get in the car, drive, and see where the road takes you!
